Screen giant Duncan dead at 54

Sept 5, 2012: Hollywood superstar Michael Clarke Duncan has died at age 54. He is most remembered for his Oscar normination performance in the Green Mile, alongside Tom Hanks.

He also featured in other hit movies, the Armageddon, the animated Kung Fu panda and The Scorpion King, in which he starred with Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson.

Mr. Duncan suffered a myocardial infarction or heart attack (Jul 13) and nevery fully recovered, he agent said.
